The very first Vivo Pad featured an 11-inch IPS Display screen with a resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels, a 16:10 aspect ratio, and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It featured 8 GB RAM and 128/256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 mobile platform.
Four audio speakers were included as well in the Vivo Pad. It had an 8-megapixel front camera, a 13-megapixel main camera, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera on the rear. The 8,040mAh tablet battery enabled 44W rapid charging. Android 12 OS, based on OriginOS for Pad, was used.
